- Exterior finish décor panels are attached using a unique clip-on hardware which allows for easy customization of the display. The décor panels are offered in natural wood, laminate or Stainless Steel materials
- Heat resistant LED lighting strips are mounted in the sneeze guard canopy
- Cayuga Displays proprietary waterless heating technology is designed to maintain the best holding temperatures to ensure product freshness and quality
- Ceramic heat emitters are mounted in the sneeze guard canopy to provide additional ambient heat above each food pan
- The Cayuga Displays waterless heating technology provide better energy efficiency than the conventional steam well system
- Full electrical certification. All electrical components ETL/UL certified
- Meets ADA and NSF-7 Standards
