Features
- All metal base cabinet construction
- Exterior finish décor panels are attached using a unique clip-on hardware which allows for easy customization of the display. The décor panels are offered in natural wood, laminate or Stainless Steel materials
- LED lighting strips are mounted in the sneeze guard canopy Cayuga Displays proprietary air-over refrigeration system is designed to maximize product freshness and quality
- Stainless Steel removeable drip trays are located below the food bans to catch most spills and debris. A trough in the bottom refrigeration pan catches the secondary spills that the drip trays didn’t collect and allows them to be easily wiped up. Condensate water is collected separately and evaporated using a hot gas from the compressor. All air ducts and fan plenum components are easily removeable to ensure that everything is accessible for cleaning
- Full electrical certification. All electrical components ETL/UL certified Meets ADA and NSF-7 Standards
- Brush Stainless Steel countertop, refrigerated tub, sneeze guard canopy and top shelf cap
- New R-513A (non-ozone depleting, low global warming potential) refrigerant used in the self-contained refrigeration system
- The refrigeration system is designed to pull fresh air from a space at the base of the display, eliminating the need for ugly metal side vents attached to the exterior décor panels
- Super E-Coat is applied to the evaporator coils to prevent corrosion form acids, oils and brines

- Designed to maintain the critical temperature of the products within the display at a range of 38-41°F (3-5°C) with an ambient atmosphere of 75°F (24°C)/55% humidity. Designed for holding pre-chilled product only
