Community Involvement

Local roots, lasting impact

We're proud to call Cayuga home—and we believe in investing in the people and places that shape us.

Good business starts with being a good neighbour—and investing in the communities that shape us.

At Cayuga Displays, we believe business can be a force for good—and we’re committed to doing our part. Our roots run deep here in Haldimand County. Less than 15 km from the Six Nations of the Grand River reserve, many of our new hires come from nearby First Nations and local towns. With strong ties to agriculture, manufacturing, and Indigenous communities, we’ve seen how local success creates a ripple effect. That’s why we support local jobs, track our community impact, and continually look for new ways to contribute meaningfully to those around us.

Investing in the Next Generation

Where the next generation gets its start

We’re passionate about introducing the next generation to careers in manufacturing, design, and the skilled trades—and giving them meaningful opportunities to grow and lead. That’s why we partner with Mohawk College, Conestoga College, and local high-schools to offer co-op placements and internships with hands-on, real-world experience.

We also provide scholarships for students pursuing careers in refrigeration, design, and the trades, and regularly host school tours and workshops to spark early interest in these vital pathways.

Community Membership & Sponsorships

Supporting the community that supports us

We’re proud to be an active member of the Cayuga Chamber of Commerce and the Haldimand County Business Association. Our leadership also serves on workforce-development committees to help guide and grow our local economy.

From high-school career fairs and annual food drives to Grand River clean-ups and local conservation projects, we’re committed to giving back to the community that gives so much to us. It’s one small way we say thanks to the place we love to call home.
